Apparatus for demonstrating Lissajous' curves

This apparatus produces visual representations of vibrations, called Lissajous' curves, after French physicist Jules Lissajous (1822-1880). The apparatus was used in Caltech's freshman physics lab. Manufacturer: Max Kohl, Chemnitz. See Max Kohl Preisliste, FQ185.7 K7 1901.
