At least one (other?) speaker referred to as Bill, i.e., William Pickering? Annotations read in part: on part 1 sleeve: "Cosmic rays"; on part 2 label: "1st half of this record is Gockel incident"; on part 4 label: "Bill describes balloon technique and radio signals. Also village scene." May refer to cosmic ray expedition to India, 1940.
