Portrait of William Hyde Wollaston (1766-1828)

Portrait of English physiologist, chemist, and and metallurgist William Hyde Wollaston. Engraved by William Ward (1766-1826) after a portrait painting done by John Jackson (1778-1831). Wollaston is famous for inventing the camera lucida in 1806.
