Rocket segments, navy rocket program
Four segments, including: 3.25” rocket motor Mk 7, CIT Lot A150 (metal cylinder with label); three rocket heads, two conical, one cut-off conical with taper (lower end) and missing the point where the fuze would go (the latter painted a mustard yellow). Probably these are components of the 5.0” aircraft rocket manufactured by CIT for the navy. See technical report, ROCKET BALLISTICS DATA, CIT 1946.
